At Sparky Teaching, we try to write using a style that doesn't talk down to children. Humour is a big part of our writing, as is a desire to converse with the reader - to engage them with the story. This informal style of writing has worked well in the classroom and has seen us commissioned for various educational texts since freelancing.
This is just a small selection of the books and teaching resources that have been commissioned by clients. Published works include a series of illustrated books to accompany life-skills teaching resources, a 26-story series for toddlers and various eBooks on educational subjects ranging from 'Homeschooling' to 'Bullying'.
